Of course in the final analysis the only way to arrive at an answer to the puzzle is by further drilling. Everyone knows this. If they did not plan further drilling would they be wasting time with all the discussion/extensions/analysis? So when ?? Maybe they will surprise everyone with blocks 3 & 4 .

Second, you said:

There IS oil in block one. Chevron said so in their report on OBO 1. Total bought in to block one with one thing in mind. Developing the block and adding it to Akpo, Egina, and Egina south. It will be drilled, 2 wells, starting late this year. Fact. In my opinion it will be quick by development standards because of infrastructure already in place.

Middy thought at one time that block 2 would perhaps be developed at the same time, but the recent extension makes that unlikely. Block four has the most promise IMO for the next exploration and development. Lots of down dip and undrilled prospects.

The rest I more or less agree with.
