I also agree with that except their presentation seems to be more hyperbole than facts in my opinion a monthly or by-weekly update would be ok.

Things like "First Letter of Approval" in Spanish that basically was nothing more than the Government acknowledging CGAQ's desire to lease or buy the Racetrack, of which the Government said after they review their position they will invite bidders brings more questions than answers hence the loss of confidence in the company.
