keep this in mind

the folks in the DR use cell phones almost exclusively

the folks in the DR now pay higher than what Val will be offering for inferior service

though the month to month service could be an issue

i do not believe it will

that should only be a problem if Val and otow don't come thru

if the service and customer service are as they should be then i don't forsee a problem

and again, this is a real business w a real business model

so of course

in the real world there will always be delays and start up issues

w out a doubt

Next ASK is .0019 with 200,000 shares


When news hits, OTOW will easily fly over .03 and depending on the news head straight north to .10 cents in my opinion.
