I don't think the MM's do anything they are supposed to do, they do whatever they FEEL like doing and nobody police's them...Even if there are Laws.

Whoever gave them the name of Market Movers had no CLUE what these people has the power of doing...I call it total minipulation that Hurts the normal Investor.
