I forget what it's called, but when you see 1 and 100 on the shares on the ask and bid, it means that there is not a traditional MM market for orders. Your bids will not show unless you make your bid the same as what is on the L2. RAMO stock is this way also. The only bids and asks that show up on L2 are the market maker's. Anytime you see a 1 or 100 on the bid and ask, only those will show up on L2 .
