Actually no I dont see one not in the terms that it has been used here. If and I do say if the $300 million deal is real there will be a buy back and a reasonable R/S 2 to 1, 5 to 1 to bring the share structure under control. I would not expect to see one like has been posted here, 500 to 1 and 1000 to 1. If the deal is not real a R/S will be the least of our concerns since this company will be dead until the end of time and most likely have trading halted.
