these divvy's are they not going to be for two companies almost like getting shares of 2 IPO's that are wanting to go public so they would need to go public before the shares would be able to be traded in my understanding

YOU ARE WRONG. I still have the NEW trading symbol stock dividends in my Scottrade and Etrade accounts. Better get a new source for what you post. The values of those stock dividends are still ZERO and well over a year now. SYNJ is a prime example in fact.
