WRSPQ isn't a company in the sense that it is in business, has paid employees aside from those in the bankruptcy proceedings, and does not offer any services nor does it produce anything but debt. That has proven to be true.
The 1worldspace.com website is not active and the PIR Marketing contract was void once the company went into liquidation. Again, that's all in the documentation. You should read up on that. PIR Marketing may actually own the 1worldspace.com domain name at this point. A simple WHOIS search will uncover the owner of the 1worldspace.com domain and I highly suggest you perform that search.
