drifterfcrc. You are right about the Dividends and the main purpose of it is to pull people into buying the stock and the truth is they will probably raise the A/S to cover the shares. Like you said they will probably be restricted for one year. I hope Ramo does well but there is always two sides to every story. Go > RAMO

drifterfcrc, I was posting the original Document of the Dividends the Company is issuing to shareholders, It doesn't state that the Stocks would be restricted. But I am guessing you would sell your shares once issued. Instead of having it continue increase in Value.
