He's mentioned in the past that his wife's job supports things for the family while he builds SDVI. Devoted lady, that's for sure, but he wants the payoff as bad as all the rest of us do. He doesn't pay himself cheques as he wants to reinvest in the company as much as possible. Good guess though.
another take, with no news the price appears to be slowly declining and at some point some shareholders will give up and sell regardless of the price.
( not me but hey, what is another 3 years ). At some low point a buy back may happen with the knowledge that when the audit ( 2010)comes out the stock will stabilize and then with the 2011 figures the price should take off.
