Look back at the "stakeholder" comment. I think anyone doing DD should look at the definition of that word.. WHAT IS DOESN'T HAVE TO MEAN IS.... Equity holder.!!!

It simply means that we have a STAKE in the outcome!!! And I have interperted that from PR's and other postings... to mean What we get paid for our equity depends on the final approval of the Project AND perhaps the profability of it!!!!!

Then there were also statements saying that ongoind we would have some admistrative/advisory role...

I think it has been clear WE SOLD OUR EQUITY STAKE!!! But the deal is dependent on the outcome of the Berlin project!!

I don't find that confusing!! Add the fact that many entities were attacking the PROJECT, there seems to be a ND agreement so that people couldn't add more Stupid arguments to the hearings.

I think the fact that this has never been formally addressed could certainly be the issue and once clarified, will rectify the current issue.
