How can one person own a public company? That would make it a private company doing business as a Sole propietorship. Shareholders own a public company. Thought you knew this.
Then why did he sign a deal saying BRZL had to pay him 100's and 100's of thousands of dollars to buy Renfro LLC. Not the good Renfro, Renfro Inc, the junky throw a few crappy wells into it Renfro LLC. You see know everyone knows you missed the term sheet to buy Renfro LLC. It had the exact dollar amount, dead broke BRZL had to raise in order to buy Renfro. I'll give you a hint it was less than a million but way, way, way, way more than $1.00 you think.
Again, how much did the filing say BRZL was paying to buy Renfro. Everyone else knows how much and it was obviously more than BRZL could raise.
