I received my REAL last week I think, but I had been talking to Ken at the CS for a while regarding different things. I will say this, he does follow up (like he said he would) and continues to update me on the product status and any shipping questions I have. he said he will follow up and he has. If he says they are on the way then we have to beleive him. He seems like a good chap!
