R59- Don't many of the China companies

have insiders owning a huge % of the stock compared to US companies ? I mean the more of the company the insiders own, the less desire they would have to buy back shares(at any price) I would think. Also it seems almost zero China companies buy back shares, so maybe some kind of cultural thing ? I don't know. Either way, CNTF CEO has bought around $1.2M worth of shares himself on the open market at about the price the stock is at now, and Morgan Stanley did put out $50M in YONG. Re the bottom line is, there is always a time to get into a sector, and I'm just saying I believe we are very near bottom. Time will tell.
