Yes the US markets are weak, but companies in China are boasting of huge growth, not only this year, but for years to come. Which ones are real, which ones are frauds ? Who knows, but the important thing IMO is, you can only knock a sector down so far when you take the good with the bad. Right now, many PEs on the RTOs are already in the 1s, and low 2s ie GFRE(1.5 PE fully taxed going forward), LLEN(2 fully taxed going forward), YONG(2 PE fully taxed going forward), etc. Mind you, these are companies which have audited 10Ks and up to date 10Qs out there. I mean yes, they could all keep going down to near zero, but it's my opinion that we're very close to a bottom of this masacre.
