The TSX approved them weeks ago after conditional approval months back. Having issues completing their brokered financing... To come this far and fail doesn't seem plausible... So hold on, they may surprise us yet with news some time this month... One thing you know for sure is until they get listed on the TSX they won't issue a PR during market hours.
