I was trying to get at that very point yesterday. But to pull it off, we need to move very publicly, and very quickly.

I can imagine that this new small cap investigatory bureau is operating similar to theDHS for example-someone files a believable complaint and they follow through with a direct investigation also "out of the blue" It is doubtful IMO that they have any actual "facts" at this point. I hope theSEC is investigating LNKD which spiked to over 120 and is now down to 75 in a matter of a couple weeks.
