I'm going to throw a few dollars at it. FDA plays can be rewarding. This is phase III protocol agreement, which is fairly important, as it is near the end of the continuum of FDA approval. If significant results found- likely FDA will approve.

my personal hope, since i own none, is for this to trend back down to .07 until Euro Approval...........then a blastoff to .50 once i am in haha. if not......im happy for anyone here who makes big bucks
