At the time the prospectus was mailed, I'm sure the discount was less than 25%.......who knew it would run to $3? But here's a thought.....maybe a lot of these pipe buyers already bought at $4......so they averaged down.....I don't like shares being sold at .70 when the price is $3 any more than you do.....but what's done is done.....Bottom Line is the company now has the funds to execute their business plan.....and don't let the door kick you in the ass on the way out.......lol........z
