Has anything ever "happened" with these guys? If there is bad track record that is all you can go on.

Have you ever heard someone say "trust me" and that person has never done a thing (even one thing) to earn your trust. How can you then go an trust with out some reason.

PGPM needs to walk the walk.

I am long with no other option but to be long and I will HOPE, thats all you can do here IMO. If anyone has any cases you can make please share.
