I think they will start accumlating and THEN they will go up. Just a guess. It doesn't take much selling pressure to "scare" of those in pinky land. I've even done it myself by accident with dumping about 35K worth of stock two different times. Imaging what someone can do with a million shares of a security!!! I think they want more, but will use the shares bought earlier to profit and keep a lid on us as the collect shares. I'll probably add at some point. :-D
