On the OTCBB site. click on the link below, scroll down till you see the box "View by Security" and Enter an issue. Put CAVR in there and click enter. You will see pop up box stating that the short interest is 9604 as of May 13th.

As for the short volume reported by FINRA I suggest you call them directly to get that answer.
