I'm still of the opinion that the company has raised all the neccessary funds to finance operation for several months to come.

SS has to reflect that but I also believe they have (Denver).

I can tell you one thing is for sure about your post. Yes the company is selling but people are picking up those shares that hopefully intend to hold long and love the discounted price for which they got them. I know that my father, brother and I have been buying up as much as we can at this level once I got them on board with DGRI a few days ago. To be honest I have been holding for about 6 months and know that every few weeks to a month the PPS hovers around a penny and then there is a catalyst that moves it up to the 16-19's area, so I have worked out a direct deposit into my account every few weeks so I can accumulate on the dips that I have learned come on a relatively predictable pattern set forth by the chart.
