It is obvious that PSPW is currently being manipulated to the downside. This is only temporary... the sellers will run out of shares to sell and the trend will reverse quickly. We have seen this in the past... PSPW can jump very fast.
Although we don't have full transparency on the OTC BB it won't matter in the near future. Durrant is working feverishly to complete deals and prepare additional news announcements. Couple that that with a nice PR blast and some nice buying pressure and we should see $4+ PPS soon.
