Yup I know whats in the PR. The point was IF the deal falls through I know he doesn't have to prove a deal existed to us but he will have to prove it to the SEC, he cant hide that information from them. IF chin falls short and does not deliver the SEC will be flooded with complaints and chin will have to answer some questions. If there never was a deal he is done and going away.
Again this along with any other .000 stock is a high risk play.
