The recent PR does not mention at all that the additional shares will be restricted. If they choose not to mention it then one can only wonder why ...
On top of that, the PR is entitled "Viropro Changes Name" end after that there is something like: "Oh yes and by the way we are increasing our AS by 50% and postponing our shareholders meeting until July 28th".
Just to say that I'm having some difficulties appreciating this kind of approach.
