I see with todays PR Joe is still same as Dean. There is no value with QASP if to survive Joe has to issue another 1.5 billion shares and do a r/s he plans. That plan leads to same as we saw with Dean big drop in share prices as he dilutes. Plus we heard it all before about all this potential of QASP. More bs is all Joe's pr is to dump shares. He can talk all he wants if he dilutes this as planned and does r/s even .0001 is not cheap enough to buy more. Not when Joe tells us about planned r/s and how QASP is toast on this bd. Now all of sudden he is issuing PR about the great future. lol. Another pump and dump scammer like Dean.
