Matt, Because of yours and others extensive DD, we know this is a real company. If Laidlaw is guilty of a minor infraction conserning SEC rules they can pay a fine like a traffic violation and we move on. If this was orchestrated by an outside source, justice will be served.

Do you have access to their financial and stock dealings? I heard that Berlin Station was going to make an announcement about LLEG's current relationship to the Berlin project. Have you heard anything from your contacts? This should be interesting.
