Pending an investigation by the SEC, I don't know if MBB will be able to give clarity to this matter. Hopefully he will feel a need to address this matter for shareholders with some vague information should he for legal reasons not be able to give specifics information, especially those on this board who hold hundreds of millions of shares in his company!
