The former, E/T.....but there's very slim chances they'll ever be able to mine anything.

Also, this would be a typical low grade bulk surface mine if it were to happen, and such mining is still very difficult to do in a clean fashion. And, as CM is directly above Owens Lake which is being reclaimed, I fail to see how they could ever get approved to mine.
