You don't have to call. It is a Postal Place(private) the address looks like they have a suite but it is only a mail box. I live not far from there. Next door is a "Urth Caffe" very popular. One block south is Pavilions. What else do you want to know?
The address on Fairfax is very close to the Fairfax High School (1 block)and is next to Canter's Restaurant a Thrift Store, a bakery, very popular area.
