Probably a print error...I checked two different end of day summaries and they both had 0.0001 as the low (and high) of the day

Daily Range 0.0001 - 0.0001

...or....someone told their broker "I want to buy some shares but I will only pay what they're worth"

Thus, he got them for nothing...... ;)
