Lindo......I prefer hanging out in Compton myself....LOL...!!
Years ago when I worked for Philips Electronics I inherited a Distribution Center located in Compton..one of the Industrial Parks. To visit the location, you would never think of local gang activity existing anywhere...until one day, bullets came flying thru the windows of the front office. Well, needless to say we closed that location and relocated to Cerritos....just a tad safer than beautiful downtown Compton.
Also spent a number of years working in Long Beach, owned a townhome in the downtown area facing the Blues Club and all of the finest restaurants on the street below. In those days I was making serious green stuff, but my sacrifice was 150% travel....so I had to give up the high life and come home to normal life....at least I stayed married....150% travel just doesn't work well in a marriage...!!
