i read your post, called twice back-to-back around 1pm cst to experience calling company..professional recorded answering service...able to leave a message....second call i waited for "operator", but again was forwarded to option of leaving a recorded message in various depts..i understand your frustration, mgmt most likely tight with budget, hopefully they will provide live operator quickly..

They have e mail for customer service nowadays you know, whining works just as well electronically as telephonically.
I'm pleased that the CEO is wasting his time selling instead of calling you back about your $30.00 dollar order like he is about to go out of business of you have to wait two weeks for your order.
