The simple act of filing is at least an indication that BRZL is still active even if it is worthless. If Weiss takes the time to keep filing then I believe that is a postive omen.
Things I'll be looking for will be any type of organizational changes or share structure changes. Address changes. Anything at this point is a good thing.
