Hey Willy, while I agree with you that there are probably not any investors short the stock, I do believe that the MM'S are short quite a bit. there is no possibility that CAVR has been flagged 10 days straight for no reason. These flags and the process are not arbitrary but follow guidelines that have been triggered. Surely if you had watched the trading last week you would have noticed some irregularities with 100+ uneconomical trades in 100 share lots above the lowest offer and several large trades done below the bid. While you are correct that when orders are placed they are electronically routed to MM'S they can still manually do trades and very often even take/give orders over the phone. I am not saying I expect a big short covering rally but just that there is a situation that needs to be resolved.
