I never said Samara was going to eliminate Worldspace altogether. Malone isn't involved with Worldspace and there is absolutely no reason to think he would be involved considering he owns no part of the company. Sure, he could buy it outright down the line but so could many other entrepreneurs. There is no indication that Samara has any plans to get back into SatRad and there are absolutely no public plans that he wants to revive the Worldspace brand. This company has no licenses, no working satellites, and generates no revenue.
There is literally no barrier to entry for SatRad in India and Asia so if Samara had a grand plan to enter that sector he would have do so by now if his finances were in order.
Why not go all in and say that APPLE is going to buy Worldspace and use it to stream a new SatRad service in Europe and the Far East. Ah, right - this is just a shell company at this point. THAT is speculation, right?
I don't mind speculation but to tie EVERY news article dealing with the Nook, Sirius, or any kind of streaming content system as a glimmer of hope that WRSPQ is going to be the major growth company of [insert year here] is foolish.
