hi roberto, let's dismiss armando at this moment..if mr swank passes, what is the course of action to determine leadership roles of cgaq? does cgaq have a board meeting for all shareholders and decided by proxy statements...is there an articles of incorporation that presently exist detailing leadership succession? have never been in this situation as an investor before, this is an issue that does merit attention..thanks.
