Gee, imagine that. Despite the protests of ARTS supporters and the hoots and hollers that the SEC did not have anything on ARTS or it would be posted on SEC website -- here we are today.

Two R/S and an SEC trading halt. That should inspire some grand shareholder confidence. Unfortunately, it appears to be time to turn the lights out on this one.
