How do you know that they were etc cabinets if they were already installed?

Why JD Brown told him...of course! That is how people knew that there was no plan for an A/S increase on 9/16/10, no plan to file for an R/S on 9/16/10, that there was an ETC order for a retailer having more than 100 outlets coming, that the CEO was going to be named on or before 1-1-11, that it is "impossible" to correct the intent of an original filing on the NV SOS site with a superseding filing, that Form 3s are going to be filed, that Expo was going to earn $9-11M in 2010, that the stop sign was going to be removed, that the 2010 financials were going to be posted, that...need I go on? lmao...all IMHO.
