Maybe we could throw in some death sentences too... like if a women is found to have prevented herself from getting pregnant a lot... or if her family has a propensity to bear twins. And we don't need to fool with those pesky assed drugs either. I'm thinking beheadings... live ones. And the states can sell tickets or pay per view rights.
