The guy was absolutely and unequivocally wrong in a PR. Those arguing semantics are those discussing whether or not it is a lie. I understand that there is no mistake those guys can make many won't overlook, but I'll continue to expose them.

So, since FINRA and JJ have established lines of communication, surely he voiced his concern about the abusive naked shorting that has been holding MDMN down. Surely FINRA was interested in the story of hundreds of millions of NS's out there, and the corresponding FTDs. Investigation will be forthcoming, right?

Or perhaps, FINRA is "in on the game"... ;-)
