I am not sure what will happen. But, the LBSR filing showing the agreement between MLV and LBSR for advice, deal structuring, merger/acquisition mentions Nord Resources openly. They are probably on the Annex B list as well, but my "guess" is that there will be either some type of JV between Nord and LBSR, or, Nord may use part of the 200MM shares to raise capital PLUS get financing to purchase LBSR's Tombstone/Walnut Creek claims.

There could be a number of scenarios. Time will tell all, but if you look at the posts on the "other" board, you will see there are some interested people looking for answers.
