What added benefit would a committee of the LTW holders really have, above and beyond the counsel for the class LTWs that already exists?

Early in the process, I and a few others were contacted to contribute to such an LTW committee, but I think that this effort was scuttled given the class representation.

I'm just curious why the establishment of such a committee would be beneficial to us.
