#4102 RE: agribusiness72 #4100

Well, my optimism holding long, and waiting for CPOW

advancement to prove me right.

Our interpretations are opposite, and as you say,

only more specific information, like

future financial reports, will indicate who

was closer to the real CPOW strength (or weakness).

Good luck to CPOW and its investors.

Agribusiness I think you are absolutely, right on. My argument went down the drain along with my position when Montana fell thru.

I let IBA know that in so many words, still stressing lack of transparency. I took a 40% hit on my position but took it just the same. Better then, than now.

The JV's in my opinion took away all potential profitablity.
Then, I started to question the financing deal?

If you need as example of what bad financing can do to a company look to NEOM and read their posts. Talk about dilution with a very bad end and the company is still viable if not for the financing. A catch-22!

I hate to be wrong and I think this company has potential, still.
But, right now things are just not adding up.
