I only have the same link as you, what I can tell you is it did work (I have not tried it lately) but when I did I watched people live playing and since I was in the US it was restricted to free play only and I did play so basically what I am saying is it did work. I think now that the JV with KENS is over its not working. Sorry that is all I can offer as that is what I know.
