The FEW conference is planned for Indianapolis.

The Markman hearing is in Indianapolis.

ADM's headquarters is in Indianapolis.



Indianapolis determines the best race car drivers in the USA, if not, the world; and it is the HQ of the largest ethanol producer in the USA.

It seems a fitting place to determine the rightful inventorship of the COES technology, not to mention the future of GERS!

I was thinking the same about ADM. It's just a matter of time that GERS will sign up ADM then in the near future, ADM will make KK an offer he may not be able to refuse for - as Slash aptly put it - GERS the cash cow!
