I haven't speculated as to where the PPS will go. I leave that to the more knowledgeable traders.

I definitely agree with you about the 0.70 though. Not enough to retire but definitely life would be considerably more comfortable. Plus, a "free" (rather sizable) chunk of powder to expand into other horizons!
