Plus, the PUC is approving something they've already approved, as long as PSNH's wording in the revised PPA truly meets the intent that the PUC had in it's conditional approval. Given that I understood the PPA conditions, I'm guessing the management and lawyers writing the revised PPA understood it just fine.
