SEC already approved the plant once. Don't think the 2nd approval will affect the PPS. PPA approval should inspire a minor uptick. I sound like a broken record, but uplisting should heal this issue. Laidlaw is a solid company that just may be undervalued by a factor of 1000%. This means nothing if nobody knows.
